Violin & Vinyasa
Kick off the week of festivities at Studio Lotus, and join visiting Treefort artists Reya and Julie from Not Your Ex Lover for Violin & Vinyasa.
Known for their signature bubble grunge sound, the duo takes a transformative turn in this special offering at Studio Lotus in downtown Boise. In this class, Reya guides a centering breathwork session followed by a vibey yinyasa-style flow while Julie swaps her guitar for the electric violin, crafting an energizing soundscape to support you in finding harmony through motion.
Together, they invite you to bring mindfulness to the music and deepen your connection to the rhythm within.
